Size & Quality
What size are the books, and how are they made?
Our storybooks are 8 × 8 inches , hardcover, with 26 pages. They’re printed on 220 gsm matte photo quality paper with a silk finish, and bound to survive being opened, carried, and read again. Photobooks are 9 x 12 inches, hardcover, min. 26 pages. The exact specs are on each product page.
Will the illustrations look good in print?
Yes. Every book is printed at 300 DPI and checked before it ships.

Delivery Timeline
How long will my book take to arrive?
Every book is made to order, so it takes a little longer than something off a shelf.
Making and printing your book: 2-3 business days
Delivery within India: 3-4 business days
You’ll get a tracking link by email once your book ships.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Can I cancel or change my order?
Email [email] with your order number. Once we start creating your book, we can’t cancel or change it, because each book is made for one child.
Do you accept returns?
Because every book is personalised, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, or for a wrong name or pronoun entered at checkout. Please check your details before you submit.
What if something is wrong with my book?
If your book arrives damaged, has a print or binding fault, or has a mistake on our side (for example, a name spelled differently from what you gave us), we’ll make it right with a reprint or a refund.
Email [email] within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the problem. We’ll reply within 3 business days.
When will I get my refund?
Refunds go back to your original payment method within 2-3 business days.

How can I order multiple books?
Each personalised storybook book is made for one child, so every book needs its own details and photo. To order more than one:
- Different children (siblings, cousins, friends): add each book to your cart separately and enter each child’s details.
- Copies of the same book (for grandparents, say): add the same book to your cart and increase the quantity, or [use the “Add another copy” option, if you offer one].
- Different addresses: [place a separate order for each address / use multiple-address checkout, if available].
